Class will be divide into group:
1. For SCM: Wal-Mart and Procter & Gamble (P&G)
2. For CRM: Charles Schwab and Kaiser Permanente
3. For BPR: Progressive Insurance

Each group is required to access the relevant website
Students are asked to obtain information about the organization and its relationship with their respective titles. Information that should be emphasized are:
1. how each system affects the organization in terms of performance, profitability and gain a competitive advantage.
2. whether the benefits derived by the organization with the implementation of the system.
3. prepare a report in power point format.
