 - Proton vs Toyota
 - UiTM vs UTM
 - TV3 vs TV1
 - Facebook vs Friendster
3. relate the organization with benchmarking.
4. the benefit to organization by implimenting benchmark.
5. prepare slide and email to maria135@johor.uitm.edu.my
6. Be prepare for 1st quiz after break. Chapter 1, 2 and 3.

MGT300: WEEK 3 - TUTORIAL 3

Class will be divide into group:
1. For SCM: Wal-Mart and Procter & Gamble (P&G)
2. For CRM: Charles Schwab and Kaiser Permanente
3. For BPR: Progressive Insurance

Each group is required to access the relevant website
Students are asked to obtain information about the organization and its relationship with their respective titles. Information that should be emphasized are:
1. how each system affects the organization in terms of performance, profitability and gain a competitive advantage.
2. whether the benefits derived by the organization with the implementation of the system.
3. prepare a report in power point format.

MGT300: WEEK 2 - TUTORIAL 2

1. Form five groups. Each group will be given the title from lecturer.
2. Students are required to relate these topics to the PORTER'S FIVE FORCES MODEL.
3. Seek information from relevant websites.
4. Prepare presentations in Power Point format.
5. Given time is 45 minutes to get the materials and each group is given 10 minutes to present.

MGT300: WEEK 1-TUTORIAL 1

1) Students are required to form a group consisting of 5 students. each group is required to select a banking institution and discuss the features, departments concerned, the interests, strengths and weaknesses in the bank's website.
2) Representative of the group should present the results of discussions and assessments are based on ideas, collaboration and results are presented.
